Fall 2026

Coming soon our culinary studio

OUR STUDIO

Where the love of food is nourished and shared

Opening in Fall 2026, Seven Hills Farmstead's new culinary studio in Boston's historic North End is a gathering place for curious cooks, passionate eaters, and anyone who believes great food begins with great stories.

Inspired by the rhythms of Italian home kitchens and the family farms that supply them, our studio was created to reconnect people with the origins of what they eat. Here, cooking isn't simply about following recipes. It's about understanding ingredients, exploring traditions, sharing techniques, and building community around the table.

Throughout the year, we'll host hands-on cooking classes, regional Italian culinary workshops, wine tastings, guest chef dinners, educational talks, and seasonal celebrations. Every experience is designed to be welcoming, approachable, and deeply engaging—whether you're making your first pasta dough or refining skills you've practiced for years.

The studio also serves as the Boston home of Seven Hills Farmstead, connecting our educational programs with the work taking place on our regenerative farms in Massachusetts and Italy. From agroforestry and sustainable agriculture to traditional foodways and artisan craftsmanship, every class reflects our belief that the best meals begin long before they reach the kitchen.

We can't wait to open our doors and welcome you into a space where people gather to cook, learn, laugh, and share exceptional food.

Join us this Fall and become part of the story.
